Conveniently located in Surf City, this second row property has island charm. Outside, Vitamin Sea offers a large enclosed shower with hot and cold water. Perfect for cleaning off the saltwater and sand after a long day of fun on the beach. For your convenience, there is a clothesline to hang your beach clothes and towels out to dry for next day use. There is also plenty of room in the carport to keep your cars out of the sun on those hot summer days. Adjacent to the outdoor shower, you will find a door. Inside this door is the laundry room holding the washer and dryer. You will also notice that the yard is well kept which is inviting for those nights you sit outside and listen to the ocean. A short walk away to the North is the closest beach access to Vitamin Sea As you enter Vitamin Sea, you will notice that the floor plan is open. The fully stocked kitchen is located at the back of the house and has a door to the outside so that you can easily bring the groceries into the house from your car. As you walk through the kitchen you will pass the dining area and the seating area at the bar. As you enter the living area, you will notice the large flat screen TV which is perfect for those nights you want to enjoy a game or movie inside while sitting with your family on the couch with a bowl of popcorn. Just off of the living room is a nice deck for you to enjoy the nice fresh ocean air. For your convenience, all living space is located on one floor. On both sides of the Vitamin Sea are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The south side has a room with a set of bunk beds. This bedroom has a TV. The other south bedroom which is on the street side has a queen bed which also has a TV. In between these 2 bedrooms is a bathroom. Walk across the living room to the north side of Vitamin Sea and you will find the other 2 bedrooms. On the street side is a bedroom with a double bed. The other north side bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bathroom is in between these 2 bedrooms. Pets and smoking are not allowed in Vitamin Sea.
