Located just west of the surf city bridge, and next to Sears landing restaurant, this property is one of a few homes on Topsail with direct ICWW views and quick access. Topsail inlet, or Sneads Ferry, is a short boat trip for access to some great deep sea fishing. Take advantage of a private dock, right in your back yard, tube, ski, cruise, wakeboard, fish, and be back at the dock in minutes.

Outside there is a full outside shower, water hose at the dock for boat cleaning, and a private boat ramp for your own use. The house comes with the use of two kayaks, for leisurely cruises around Goat Island, or cruise down the ICWW.

Ocean access, public parking and the surf city pier is less than ½ mile away, and an easy drive or bike ride. Enjoy the ocean one day, and the bay and the boating the next day.

There is plenty of parking under the home, along with a front door entrance. Under the house there are two covered entrances that lead into the first floor and easy elevator access.

The elevator takes you to the second floor where there are four bedrooms. Three of the four bedrooms have king beds and the fourth is equipped with a bunk bed, a sofa, and a big TV perfect for the kids.

The two waterfront bedrooms on this floor each have full private baths and have doors that lead to a mid level deck. The third bedroom and bunk room share a hall bath. All bedrooms have TV’s with cable.

Take the elevator up to the third floor, which is covered in hardwoods, and a gracious living room, kitchen, bar, ½ bath, master bedroom, and covered deck await you.

The kitchen table sits 10 comfortably and the large kitchen, with granite tops, trash compactor, and two full size refrigerators, has plenty of room for several cooks.

The master bedroom is just off the family room and boasts beautiful views along with a king size bed, TV armoire, double bath vanities in the private bath, a 5 foot shower with twin glass doors and a rain head. If that isn’t enough you can relax at night in the family room and watch the 46” TV, or enjoy a DVD and surround sound stereo.
