Sea Daisy

When you arrive at this 4 bedroom, 3 bath, Reverse Floor Plan Oceanfront Home, Sea Daisy, you are offered two entries; one on the front for Sunny Entrances and the other a bad weather entry for those rare rainy days.

Inside the ground level, you will find much room for storing beach toys, chairs and coolers in the elongated tile foyer area.

Up the stairs to the first level you are greeted by the oceanfront master with Kingsize bed, full bath with double sinks, walk in closet and private oceanfront deck entry. This room is tastefully decorated with a coastal theme and also offers a television for relaxed viewing.

To the left of this room, you will find a second oceanfront bedroom with a Queensized bedroom, oceanfront deck access, color tv and access to a Jack and Jill full bath with tub/shower combination. Seabreezes are sure to be enjoyed in either of these oceanfront bedrooms!

On the other side of the Jack and Jill bath, you will find the kid’s bunk room completed with two twin beds & color tv for movie time. There is no deck access from this room for the safety of your children.

Across the hall a full size laundry with washer/dryer awaits for the laundry day at the beach.

Continuing up the stairs to the top level, you are greeted by the kitchen, dining area and living area. This entire floor features an open airy feeling with high ceilings and many oceanfront windows.
The very well equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a digital temperature controlled side by side refrigerator. You will also find all the norms of home with microwave, coffee pots, toasters, etc.

Across the 3 seat bar connected to the kitchen, you will find the oceanfront dining area with seating for 6 people.

On into the living area, if you can take your eyes away from the views of the Atlantic, you will find a large flat panel television with DVD/VCR player & home stereo above the gas logs fireplace (using is not permitted). This room also offers seating through sofas, loveseats and recliners for the entire family.

During family time, please be sure to browse the games and puzzle selection for a traditional beach family night.

At the rear of the home, you will find even more expansive windows highlighting the sound views of Banks Channel! Talk about the best of both worlds!! The rear of the home also includes a full bath for convenience from this floor.

Across the hall you will find yet another bedroom featuring a kingsize bed and color TV. This room even has sound views!

Outside the home, you will find two oceanfront decks, one covered and the top uncovered. Beachy colored beach furniture await you and that cocktail overlooking the Atlantic! The home also features a large hot/cold outside shower and of course, steps directly to the beach.

Sea Daisy is a special home that offers many family memories ready to be made. Linens are not provided however you can rent them along with other beach items, just ask your reservationist. No Smoking, No Pets.
