As you walk in to this 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo you will be enjoy the spacious open split floor plan. The sun Shines and light up the whole livingarea.

The first bedroom is located off the foyer as you enter to the right, perfect for the kids, twin on top full on bottom. They can relax after busy day at beach and watch TV.

Second bedroom is on left of foyer. Very warm and inviting double bed.

Down hall you will find bath to you right and fully equipped kitchen on left. Open dining/ living room has utmost beautiful view, overlooking community pool and beach, which you can enjoy as you sit on Balcony.

The master bedroom and bath are off living area, with access to balcony, stretch out on the king size bed.

The St. Regis amenity package rivals most with amenities including indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs & sauna, fitness room, tennis courts, video arcade and playground for the kids, concession stands, restaurants, shops & oceanfront access.
