Welcome to 202 Sea Star, a beautiful & spacious town home located in the ocean side community of Sea Star Village complete with swimming pool and easy beach access.

This luxury town home features a reverse floor plan to help maximize views from the living area. The entire property is fully carpeted and well appointed. Every bedroom has its own flat panel television not to mention the larger flat panel television in the living area. Custom Tile Showers provide a luxurious shower experience.

The main entrance is located off the 2 car covered parking area. An outdoor shower is located at the end of the parking area. As you enter, there is plenty of room for beach chair and umbrella storage in the foyer area.

On the 2nd level, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The south bedroom has a full bath and its own balcony. Off the hallway are the washer and dryer and a 2nd bedroom. The north bedroom is also a play room with its own balcony and with another full bath at the end of the hallway.

On the 3rd level is the main living area, kitchen, and master bedroom.

The main living area has its own deck with an ocean view. The fully equipped kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, with a convenient gourmet island, granite counter tops and coastal cabinetry.

Down the hall on the way to the master bedroom is a half bath to provide a convenient restroom for the family times in the living area.

In the bedroom are his and hers closets, a full bath, and a deck of its own.

Blow up mattress is also available.
