Nestled in the charming Village of Stump Sound neighborhood, Southern Wynds is the perfect vacation rental. Underneath the property you will find an ample amount of parking for you and your family. As you walk up the stairs to the front door you will notice the fresh ocean breeze from the deck which has plenty of seating if you decide to postpone your entrance to enjoy this breeze.

As you enter the property into the foyer, you will notice that this area connects to all of the first floor bedrooms. As you walk to your right you will walk passed the stairs to the first bedroom on this floor. This bedroom houses a queen size bedroom with a TV and offers a nice coastal ambiance. As you keep walking through the bedroom you walk into a full bathroom with a tub that connects to the next bedroom. This second bedroom offers a set of bunk beds as well as a TV and access to the deck for those beautiful views of the sunset over the sound. As you walk into the foyer from this bedroom, you will find the last bedroom on this floor. This third bedroom offers a king sized bed which also has a TV. Walk through the room and you will notice there is a full bathroom with a shower. There is also access to the sound side deck for those lazy coffee-sipping mornings while the kids are still in bed. Exit this bedroom into the foyer and walk up the stairs. You will enter the great room.

On the right is the fully equipped kitchen so you can whip up all of those home cooked meals so your family will feel at home! Beyond the kitchen with a bay window that overlooks the beautiful sound is the dining area that comfortably seats 6 with room for 3 more at the kitchens bar. To left side of this great room is the living area. This area offers plenty of seating for your entire family as well as a deck with an umbrella, chairs, and a table that overlooks the natural beauty of the area. Look behind you and you will see a half bathroom.

Just beyond this is the 2nd master suite. This room is equipped with a master bathroom offering not only a shower but a jetted bathtub and large walk-in closet. The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and access to a private deck with chairs so that you can enjoy watching the dolphins playing in the ocean.

The community features an oceanfront clubhouse/pool complex & sound side tennis courts for your pleasure. Beach Accesses are located throughout the community for an easy stroll to the strand.
